    I’m assuming, but asked them to verify, that it will be shipped back in new boxes! :smile:

    If anything happens to it in transit, file a claim with UPS immediately and have Peachtree cover the rest (shipping to and from) due to their incompetence/negligence.

    The RCA jacks look like a modified design. The retaining rings are a bit beefier, as compared to the originals next to it on the right. Makes sense, as I read about this type of failure to be fairly common with Peachtree. Like any manufacturer (including the one I work for) to improve their products constantly after issues are found in the field.
