    Hi Tony - Not sure if it's related, but curious if they checked the whole system out as they proclaimed to have done. We'll see. Tomorrow I'll check the fuses, if not, then off to Peachtree! :smile:

    However, some good news today. They reached out, and offered to pay for return shipping, as the unit is "under warranty" as they supposedly checked everything out, in addition to replacing the RCA jack board.

    So, the journey continues! Always good to have back up pieces! :smile:

    So just an update. Peachtree claims no trouble found. I pushed back, told em exactly what I experienced (intial power on right side hearing a little static, then working, kept the thing on for 3 days, played from a source, and no sound). They in turn had it for over a week, trying to emulate the issue, nothing.

    So it's being shipped back! Ugh! Newbie user error? The dreaded intermittent issue? We'll find out! And who said the audio hobby is without drama? :smile:

    No worries. They agreed to work with me if the issue manifested itself again. And, I'm gonna take @DSkip 's advice on videotaping the issue! All good, just part of the journey.
