In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence.
The best way to enjoy digital music reproduction is to never listen to good analogue reproduction.
That might be the same color as my '73 Firebird was, Navajo Orange.
"They thought we were too loud, but shoot, I had four army blankets folded over my amp, and the volume level was on 2. I'm used to playin' on 10!" S.R.V.
I traded in my '71 LeMans which was medium blue with a white vinyl roof (never buy a car with a white vinyl roof!) for the Firebird at a Pontiac dealer on Eastern Ave in Baltimore. That GTO needs some TLC.

I had an orange '71 Buick Skylark with a white vinyl top exactly like the one pictured below (except for those wheels). Never park one of those under a tree.
Beautiful looking car! I remember cleaning the vinyl roof with Bon Ami cleanser and a brush. Looked great when clean.

Congrats Russ... now the beer drinking world will be mourning the slow decline and eventual passing of Budweiser and the other brands of Anheiser-Busch. There is no way in hell they can ever make anything but skunky beer after they let you in that place.

Point taken -- in the present case, the aphorism would require amendment to:
Unsure as to what the dirty side looks like, in the case under discussion. Probably just as well.
An anthem to Mr. Russ:
I would appreciate NEVER hearing or even being REMINDED of this song EVER AGAIN!!!!

But -- it seems apropos, no?
Besides -- there are worse. Don't tempt me.
