I use Canare 4S11 I like it. It is nothing special but it works. Signal Cable ultra is two runs of 4s8 in a techflex jacket.

You could hit up Joey he had some long runs of the Audioquest Type 4. well priced

I'd second that suggestion. Though used you can find them for around 150 bucks for an 8ft pair.

Of course not. I already have some nice AQ Bedrock cables for my 2 channel setup.

Been looking at Signal cable or Douglas Connection for some custom terminated cables for my computer rig.

Making speaker cables is easy. Figure out what the raw materials are on some of these suggestions & build your own. Raw material cost is probably less than half.

If you decide to go this route just buy the wire first, hook it up directly, and try them out on your system. This is the best they will sound.

If they are compatible then spend the money on good terminations.

Pretty good and works well with a variety of equipment/speaker combinations.

May also want to look into The Cable Company's lending library. Try different brands for minimal cost.
