too much and from what I understand there are no more ribbon tweeters if those go bad. parts are now unobtainium
There is a member on the Carver forum who has sourced a new material that he show cased at Carverfest and even got the blessing from Bob Carver.
Our Club Polk Member @trav0810 bought the Amazings with the first redone ribbons done using it and he seems to be in heaven. The same Amazings also have custom rebuilt xovers by Bob Carver that are different than the originals....

This guy is selling his entire home theater. Polk surround speakers, Sony HS-51 HD projector, huge screen,theater chairs, amp/preamp. Speakers are RTI but I cannot tell the model.

The surrounds look like they might be fxi5...I've only seen them once ever in person though, so I could be wronglsim705,lsim706c,lsif/x(4)+mc80(atmos)

They look to be in good, unmodded condition, and they are the CRS+ which can be TL modded. I would go up to $300-350, assuming they have the interconnect as well. These are my favorite SDA's. I modded the crossovers on mine and refinished the cabinets in walnut veneer.
Not all CRS+'s can be TL'd only the 4th generation of the CRS can. The first two generations have two tweeters, the third and fourth have one and the model name changed to CRS+. I have the 3rd gen. CRS+, they are blade/blade dual crossovers, two MW-6510's per speaker. These cannot be TL'd without major expense. Make sure you have the pin/blade CRS+ if you intend to TL them. -
Don't know anything about these Frazier Dixilanders, or if the price is even a good price. But they are COOL looking horn speakers...!
