They look to be in good, unmodded condition, and they are the CRS+ which can be TL modded. I would go up to $300-350, assuming they have the interconnect as well. These are my favorite SDA's. I modded the crossovers on mine and refinished the cabinets in walnut veneer.
Not all CRS+'s can be TL'd only the 4th generation of the CRS can. The first two generations have two tweeters, the third and fourth have one and the model name changed to CRS+. I have the 3rd gen. CRS+, they are blade/blade dual crossovers, two MW-6510's per speaker. These cannot be TL'd without major expense. Make sure you have the pin/blade CRS+ if you intend to TL them. -
Don't know anything about these Frazier Dixilanders, or if the price is even a good price. But they are COOL looking horn speakers...!

The Joule pre's are top notch, but like everything in this hobby of ours, personal preferences dictate. Personally, I dig the Joule 150, but the price is obviously more. That's a decent price for a Joule pre that is probably 85-90% of what the 150 is.
Give F1NUT or Erniejade a shout, see what tubes they would recommend for you. I trust both their ears explicitly.HT SYSTEM-

If these were closer, I would be all over them. He left off the pics but I think these were listed some time ago for more money and, if they are the same ones, they were in good shape. RT800i's for only $70.
