http://app.audiogon.com/listings/full-range-polk-audio-sda-srs-1-2-2014-01-15-speakers-78028-kerrville-tx
The seller acknowledges "no pics yet." However, the picture he references looks like Sal's speaker and Carver amp. -
That seller's post raises all types of flags and warnings.

stating he has everything to rebuild the crossovers and other items and today would sell for $400.00. I haven't talked to him and I don't have the room but he stated he's painted the cabs and removed the endcaps etc and filled the holes. Might be a fun project for someone. -

funny i offered 400.00 and got no response at all...they are Dayton caps + you would need to buy the new boards to fit them...
lame. I've seen that ad out there for awhile. Never had a chance to check them out but figured he would end up coming down or just keep them seeing he started at like $700-$800 a couple months ago.
Hopefully you can hear back from him and snag them up. Would be a fun project.

no affiliation, looks like to nice set of SDA 2.3TLs

The 2.3TL pair is mine. I would be very pleased if a forum member were to become the next owner. BTW, two mids were replaced with fine vintage units sourced from forum member Gordon W. I love the speakers but I'm embarking on an epic restoration of a pair of Dayton Wright Electrostatics!SDA SRS 2.3TL (for sale)

SDA 2 in Albuquerque-$450 OBO. These have the dimensional tweeters (SL-1000). Price is a bit high, but they are rare in this neck of the woods.

You've been a member for 4 years. Surely you know the 100 post requirement for selling...

I'm in the Seattle area... and after years of satisfied use... I have 2 pair of 1st gen SDA2's for sale. Since joining this forum a few years back... I've purchased 2pr of SDA1C's, 1pr of CRS+'s, and 1pr of the bigger bogies - SRS-2.1TL's... making my initial speakers I purchased back in the day (1980's/early 90's) rather redundant to say the least...
Any interested parties? I'll have to refresh my inventory of parts, but I think I have upgraded tweeters for at least 1 pair, if not both. Also can send along Hurricane nuts as well. (No Larry Rings) No other hardware/crossover/cabinet upgrades made.
Haven't gotten pics or a write up to post in the classifieds yet... slow to let these go... they've served me well.2.3TL's - Living Room
CRS+'s (4.1 TL's) - Office
SDA1C's - Famdamly Rm
SDA1C's - Master Bedroom -
Interested in the 2.3TL's but you're too far away from me.
One of these days... SDA SRS 2.3TL's
Silk Audio MS-90-BT integrated tube amp
Yaqin MS-20L integrated tube amp
