Well I got fired from a place I worked for the past year. Made alot of suggestions to the higher up in management on Monday. Well through the week I am thinking that my words will have a positive constructive effect and resonate with the higher ups. Just went to work today to be greeted by the managers **** boy who politely informed me that they were letting me go.

That suck man, sorry.

Well I speak my mind and there's something wrong in this day and age where people cant speak their mind. Most folks just dont have the mental capacity for confrontation, some just need to man up and they cannot.

Do you think it might be you?If you can't hear a difference, don't waste your money.

Then don't be surprised or upset about the consequences. Or try to blame someone else. Actually, a man knows when to shut the 'eff up so he can keep his job and provide for a family, etc.
Good luck to you

polkfarmboy,
I'm sorry you lost your job.
As a retired HR executive, I'll give you a bit of friendly commentary:
There are two aspects to giving the "boss" advice -- the substance of your advice and how you deliver it. If suggestions for improvement are delivered sincerely and calmly with a clearly positive attitude, they should be well received by any manager who is committed to growing his/her business.
On the other hand, if advice -- no matter how well meant -- is delivered arrogantly and truculently, it will likely neither be heard nor appreciated.
My advice to you is that you reflect on the incident that appears to have brought about your termination and consider how you could have changed your behavior to achieve a different outcome.

How did it go down? What were the circumstances that led to your termination? -

Well, the "one-fingered salute" at high-noon position usually points straight up -- that is, toward the heavens.
I'm not sure I want to place blame in that direction for too many events. However, the three fingers then point downward, and sending blame that way makes a bit more sense.

Couldn't have said it better myself. PFB you have zero tact, and it shows in the ridiculous history you have here.
