Sometimes you get some bad twisted people working with you. In my opinion its wrong to sell your pride and who you are for a bag of pennies. I may find myself looking for a job but I wont finding myself looking at the mirror with a **** being in the reflection. -

Because it speaks to your character. A significant amount of that probably contributed to your termination.

Well basically BF I would have to give information about my job if I wanted to give you specifics. But to get an overall feel I spoke about the job not being done properly. Employee's who were not as dedicated to the job and the blind eye they turn to make life less complicated for themselves. On the said Monday last week I was under the impression that I would get to say all this infront of them as we were supposed to all sit down and talk about what I had said when everyone was together, it never happened.
