After heavy research, I'm no closer to the answers than I was before but here goes:

Q: What vegetable is Matt Polk so allergic to that he keeps the phrase “No
“ written in five languages on a card in his wallet?

Well, No Mas, as Roberto Duran showed us is "No more" It's a short step to No Masa, or "No Corn" so...corn

Q: What was the first tweeter that Polk Audio made and sold?

Hey, that's none of my business and I don't want to know. Oh, what's that? I thought you said tweeker. NM

Q: What extremely rare Polk Audio product was only manufactured from 1978-1979?

    The 78/79 Polk Calendar

Q: What was significant about Polk Audio's introduction of the famous Cobra Cable in 1977?

Carrol Shelby's first attempt at diversification

Q: What was the crossover architecture difference between the Monitor 5, 7 and 10, in the original Monitor series (circa 1979)?

    IDK, ask Frank LLoyd Wright

Q: What was the first speaker that I (Stu Lumsden) voiced entirely on my own and in about what year?

Again, IDK, but there may be a reason it's still in your basement and never made it to production.

Q: What car audio product never made it to retail yet toured the nation as part of the eventual new lineup?

The Polk Audio combo butt shaker/stool loosener. Sadly done in by the distance between rest stops on most major highways.

Q: What does the "SL" stand for in the SL series of tweeters?

    Well, Stu Lumsden, duh.

Q: What does the "MW" and "RD" stand for on the bass drivers?

MW doesn't stand for anything, the stoners in charge just thought it was cool that if you turned M upside down it was a W. At which point they all exclaimed Rad! and christened a new bass driver, but forgot to type in the A. They forgot why it was funny the next morning.

Q: Who developed the RM3000 phased array tweeter?

Gene Roddenberry, later shortened to Phaser

Q: What does A.I.M. stand for and what did it do? (SDA Question)

Antagonistic.Informative.Mellifluous: It became the Club Polk motto. The mellifluous part is what relates to the SDAs. Just google it you thesaurus-challenged so and so.

I recently noticed that the subwoofer was a "Not for Sale", pre-production prototype that I was given awhile ago. This is kinda neat beings you're getting a subwoofer that no one had even seen at the time, although now it's not as exciting I guess.

As a safety precaution based on a bunch of other prototypes I've had demos on, I ordered a new amplifier for the sub. Sometimes the spec's change or the amplifier gets tweaked before production and I wanted to ensure you had the latest amplifier version.

So you're getting something kinda unique AND a brand new 'Oct 2009' amplifier. New packaging for the subwoofer is also on its way.

You guys are not doing too bad on the questions....as a few of them are EXACTLY correct. I'll offer some hints later on for the troublesome ones but keep trying Polkies! :D

I've decided to end this Karma on December 17, 2009 instead of the later date. I'd like to pick a winner and ship them the next day so they can possibly get to the winner by Xmas.

Don't let that stop you from working on answers or simply joining the Karma Polkies. I'm excited to see who wins this killer setup.

Ah, thank you sir. I don't think anyone wants to see my pics; there is nothing exciting about monitor 30's and a PSW10. Now if I had LSi7's...lol. Count me in then, and I'll give someone the PSW10 if I win since I have one :). Thanks for being so generous good sir!
