As I said, I trudged into the snow, and here is a pic of the back of my house where I would have them installed. Great for all backyard activities!

AYE! Count me in. Almost missed the party because I've been too busy to take a photo. I've been wanting outdoor speakers for my screened in porch for the last several years, but never seemed to find the extra money to buy a pair. I've got my HT receiver on the wall next to porch and there is easy access above to run wires. I want to use my '2nd' room output for these speakers. I already have wire running up from behind the receiver :)
For rig details, see my profile. Nothing here anymore...

Who says I live in Magnolia? Besides, there are two Magnolias in NJ. My parents live in one of them. I get stuff sent to my parents house because someone is usually home so expensive items don't sit out in plain view to grow legs. If you are gonna drive through the home there, you're likely to get shot and not by me. ;)

    Aye!!!

I have two candidate locations, but have settled on one. Of course the back deck needs some major help, but I am really thinking about the kitchen. We moved into our home just over a year ago and of course my wife has projects in line for me. The back deck idea is to add a concrete patio at the base of the stairs. However, the patio idea is on hold due to financial constraints. I was going to leave a photo, but since this idea is out I will skip it.

So where I would really like to install them is the kitchen. Regular bookshelves would not have WAF approval.

    kitchen-r.jpg

This spring/summer I have the following to do in the kitchen:
    1) Add an island with electricity and overhead lighting.
    2) Finish the under cabinet lighting (on the left but not the right). The undercabinet lighting is custom LED and I am waiting for parts.
    3) Refinish the floors.
    4) Install a sound system for the family to enjoy while preparing meals and eating. No TV allowed here. The speakers would surround the right side of the cabinets.

Getting these will make this project more enjoyable to finish. Thanks!!
