    I haven't had the time to read through more than a dozen posts on this thread; BUT DON'T YOU THINK THAT NOW THAT IT'S 5 PAGES LONG SOMEONE SHOULD CHIME IN HERE (surely CS must have noticed this thread by now) AND SOLVE THIS GUY'S PROBLEM!! So we can end all this absurd back and forth stuff...ok, the guy is pissed....send him what he needs and this thread will DIE!

    I do not need anything from POLK AUDIO. They are done in my book. I onwed a pair of Polk Audio in college and I felt like to try them again but it is a bad experience. I felt like I was gang raped by a cult with with members who do not know what's wrong or what is right.

    As the matter of fact, I may just find a member that deserves to receive my 360 as a gift or I will donate the crap to the local YMCA.

    It is actually but we're splitting hairs I guess. DefTech also doesn't do SDA and the DT "Spatial Array" works as well as your imagination wants it to. Not you specifically but you seem to be out for blood for some reason. You're just "one of those"...oh well.

    I sent an email to Kim but for now I'm going to lock the thread since it's really not going anywhere.

    Kim may open it and address the situation as he deems appropriate.

    I would suggest the OP simply give it a moment to digest and relax. You seem like you have an agenda and if you don't buy another Polk product, well it's unfortunate but I would think it's more of your own design.

    Polk Customer Service is years ahead of you in stellar service, member support and your experience is simply unfortunate.
