I had the 360 in the ad with full disclosure.

No thing is BROKEN. Just the GD inputs are not working. I smelt BS from POLK AUDIO's promise so I pulled the ad and I even advised one of my buyer not to go any further with the transaction.

Well, made for a fun read anyway - I assume from this you have decided to drop the matter and we are all good now right?

Enjoy whatever you end up replacing it with.

    Michael

(based on the fact you seem to act like a tool - I am sure we will get to hear about how you are dropping the whole matter at least 4 more times, but still - it was a nice thought.)

So that will cost you another day, which will give you even more room to ****. I suggest you shut your trap until you go do what we suggest, or don't come back please. Your comments are not helping your argument.

Make the effing call already and get your problem resolved. This bitching about a customer service organization who is second to none is BS. Your making yourself or maybe affirming the fact that you are a jackass.

You've been given great advice now take it and quite whining.

Such a civilized and well-manner post? . Do I need social skill as one poster suggested? I think NOT.

Un-educated and low-class that's filled with vulgar language. I am so proud of myself for keep my mouth from being dis-infected by CLOROX since vulgar language does not prove superiority. It reflects a low form of class in any society.

The best customer service I have ever had, by far, is Polk, SVS, and emotive. After dealing with these 3 companies(I don't own any emotiva but was asking questions) all other CS is a joke. I actually feel like I've talked to people with my best interests in mind when calling any of them. Emotiva even talked me out of buying a product and told me to wait until I could afford to upgrade my AVR. Polk even called me back when they got in refurbished RTi A5's before they hit polk's ebay store.
Denon 1909, want to upgrade for pre outs
    Fronts-polk RTi A5
    center-polk CSi A4
    Sides Polk FXi A6
    rears- polk rm8's
    sub-SVS pb-13 ultra
    Blue ray-ps3
    Panasonic plasma 50 inch
Buttkicker(don't use or need it anymore since getting the Ultra)
