Use a phone it works better. There are lots of companies out there that receive e-mail but are slow to respond. A phone call is the best way to reslove a technical or CS issue.
anhchungdoan, you seem to be a bit of a tool so sorry if I take Polk CS side over yours. I have had nothing but excellent experiences w/CS as well as many people I know on this forum. Sometimes crap happens and for you to expect a large company like Polk to remember your name 3 weeks later is a bit ridiculous when they deal with so many people on a daily basis.

The attitude that people have these days that just because you're "the customer" you can act like a schmuck doesn't fly everywhere. I know who's wrong in this one. The reason I know that is because history repeats itself. The history is Polk customer service is second to none. How can I say that? Easily because I have many dealings with them it the past and they always have done more than they promised. So, here we have a **** breath who can not communicate very well saying the other guy is the problem. Typical, and things like this happen all the time and once the complainer finally communicates properly the problem gets solved quickly.

I will side with the rest on here!!! Polk CS is the best period! Why not try to send an email while on the phone with the rep I've done that while on the phone with Helen and Kim. Both were very helpful and VERY pleasent. Needless to say it took just a few seconds for my email to get through and theirs to me in response.

I do understand that but I am trying help by showing him the proper way to go about resolving something like this. It's a long shot I know but better than beating him. Attitude is critical and he has shown a bad one but maybe we can do a little mentoring here. We'll see I guess. I know if I needed anything I'd call C.S. and talk with OUR friends and have whatever it is handled in a heart beat. When I say OUR friends they are his too but for some reason he does not get it.

Don't concern about my second language, brother. We had a VP who couldn't spell the word "potato" in plural and another VP who does not know American history. Yet, another VP candidate who does not even read any newspapers and who can see Russia from her house.

Low Price, AudioPhile Quality, CUSTOMER SERVICE rivals that of boutique Stores thats the experience i have had with Polk, in forum for little less than 2 years i have never seen a customer unhappy....that said i think all others have given you enough options or else stick with some other manufacturer as dorokusai mentioned... no offence meant, mistakes can happen with anybody, there is nothing wrong in giving another try.

I had the 360 in the ad with full disclosure.
No thing is BROKEN. Just the GD inputs are not working. I smelt BS from POLK AUDIO's promise so I pulled the ad and I even advised one of my buyer not to go any further with the transaction. -

Customers like this at my work cause me to drink heavily. Which in turns makes me irratable and mean to customers which they in turn act even more lame. It's a viscious cycle.Panny 55-st30 plasma
