Is that starting now, because I can smell your bs all the way to Indiana.

True statment here. I think it safe to say that StILlSTupId knows more about audio than you do.(except perhaps playing the skinflute)

Perhaps you should search the list for a grammar instructor, or an attorney to get you a refund of your education expenses.

Let's see you have some Carver, Yamaha...Is it what we call hi-end audio? Such a knowledge of a dedicated 2 channel audio. What's next? Emotiva, Polk, Rotel, Para... Save me a laugh, please. :D

Polk CS has gone way above and beyond for me. You will find many threads showing appreciate for what Polk does for their customers than complaints. How many companies support stuff that is over 20 years? Most companies will just say buy a newer product;)
Please. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
    Thanks

Not much a credential. It's okay to work 9 to 5 at Wallmart or KFC. There is no jobs is bad jobs. To be employed is better to be unemployed.

    More credential, please. :D

You guys try to gang rape an old man just because the POLK AUDIO broke their promise to replace my 360 and just because I want the world to know the truth about the way they handle their customers.

This is enough fun for me. I will stop typing away. Enough people have read the thread and they will have an idea what customer service is abt. It's about INTERGRITY not the running around.

Buyers beware! there are some reports on Newegg website that the POLK AUDIO soundbar having issue(s) and that is all I want do say.

Not the POLK sound bar. If you have to go with the sound bar, please check out the DEF TECH SOLO . It's a real stuff and it is built as a tank. Highly recommended.

I agree with you all the way . The cheesy and cheap plastic POLK sound bar and the 360 console is nothing but a POS, pardon my French.

Please upgrade the LN Samsung to the Un series. At least be a videophile while you are not qualified to be an audiophile. Be something!

He comes in here screaming about bad CS and yet he cant even explain why he is mad, all he is doing is pointing fingers and bullshitting us with his broken English.......Yeah...you were the executive of a big company. Im sure when you walked into the interview with your garbage English and your **** degree they opened the door to you with open arms. We have all dealt with and know Polk CS well and have come to respect them greatly. Please leave with your Trolling and your ****. You are the definition of a SCUMBAG.

It's plastic because extruded aluminum is actually quite expensive.
