    Guys and girls,I've relayed the well wishes to Ben.I am going to try to get Ben online tomorrow if possible and let him see this thread and comment about his condition if he chooses.With that said,whatever your beliefs may be in a higher power,I'm sure that Ben would appreciate a request for physical healing.If anyone is interested in speaking to him,please pm me and I'll give you the direct number to his room.All for now--george out.

    Plug n' chug, Ben ..... it's not a question of if you'll get better, just a matter of how quick. Get better real soon ....... as an incentive, it appears the TBT is running in stealth mode, awaiting your quick return.

    Get better soon Ben, I was on vacation for the last month and this is not what I wanted to come back to. You are a valued member of this forum and someone I am proud to have as a "friend" Hope you are back on your feet in no time.     I spoke with Ben about an hour ago and I gotta say he sounds good. Soooooo keep up the wishes and prayers. I offered to send him a tube so he can rub it on himself but he turned me down, imagine that!!

    Well that was the first time I wanted to stay in the hospital. The pain was keeping me from sleeping so it was hard for me to have a clear head to explain to the Doc's what was going on. When I went in I thought I had kidney, and appendix issues. The big three issues were my gall bladder, liver, and spline. Not fun at all. Luckily I have no stones. I am one of those guy that doesn't shed a tear nearly no matter what when it comes to pain. I am certainly not one of those whining types. This crap sucked, and I don't think the Dr's understood how much pain I was in. A friend saw the charts and data(because I asked him to), and my liver is shot from having Hep-C for over twenty years. So now I have 3 opinions that my liver is way gone. I was getting a morphine shot every 2 hours, and 2 Vicodin 750's every 4-6 hours. I don't like the pills so I spread them out, and tried to take them as little as possible. This last Doc was pretty harsh, and he was way to cold about his answers, but he said basically I am a goner with no hope. He don't know me very well. I vent a little here and there, but I am not going to whine too much, or curl up in a ball. I have some issues that need to be attended to. I may have to get my treatment done in Ct. I can't imagine leaving my girls, but it has been a struggle trying to get help here. Also the treatment will leave me fairly shot out, and I would be supper dad while going through this. I really need prayers for direction. I watched my friend's dad die from CA and it is real hard. My girls are only 4 and 6. I just don't know what to do at this point. I think that I need to get more aggressive about getting treated here, but if I am still not making any headway I may move up toi be around family and friends. I live alone here, and the only family I have is 17hrs away.
