If you watched the game, you'd realize that the Packers actually GAVE the game to the Vikings. On 2 separate occasions the Packers made great 4th down stops in the red zone. On BOTH occasions, the Packers defense had personal fouls, which GAVE the Vikings a touchdown on each occasion.

Without 1 or both of those free touchdowns, the Vikings would have lost.

The Vikings are a good team, i'm not bashing them. The Packers are turning INTO a great team, but aren't there yet. For whoever it was that threw the "Packers went 6-10 last year!" out, I was HAPPY with last year. Arron Rodgers came into his first season as head of his team, following in the wake of the Favre debacle and all that bad emotion.

He managed to give the Pack a winning season, which isn't easy to do even for a veteran QB. Also, the first Vikes v Pack game Rodgers carried the team pretty much by himself. He was sacked 8 TIMES, and still managed to meet Favre throw for throw, yard for yard, and TD for TD. The only flaw was an interception, which isn't surprising considering he pretty much had Jared Allen in his face 1 second afer the snap.

Give it another season or so for Rodgers and the rest of the Pack to get into a groove, and I think we'll see that the Pack is back without Favre.

Where is this second personal foul that GAVE the Vikings a touchdown. I know of one. Jolly headbutted Chester Taylor. That is just a stupid play, but it hardly GAVE anyone a TD. Secondly, you said if you took away one of the penalties, you would have won. Well, you lost by 12, so how does the math work for that one.

There was also a BS roughing the passer call on Rodgers. So it goes both ways. You would have been stopped had that call not happened. But whatever.

Sure I do. I watch every single game. I pay over $300 for the right to do so, so you bet I am watching. I have some idea what football is.

Here is my take on the Packers without bashing you or your team. You O-line is killing you. If you guys could protect Rodgers, you would have won a lot more games. It's hard for the kid to throw the ball well or give his WR time to get down the field when he is being pressured like that. You may have beaten the Vikings this year if you had a line. Address that issue and you guys may do okay. I loved the play when you guys let Allen rush unblocked. He could have drilled Rodgers, but instead, he just pushed him to the ground.

Yeah, I already said as much earlier in the thread. This time the left side did GREAT against Allen, only allowing 1 sack. The rest of the line failed though this game.

That was i little bit of a **** call(but if you watch all angles you can clearly see that the guy who was hitting rodgers was in fact rotating his shoulders as they were falling as to drive rodgers harder into the ground) but it wouldnt have stopped the drive because the pass was completed to Driver for a first then they tacked on the extra 15 yards. Driver was shakin' up on the play, it was a great diving catch on his part.

Actually John the twins have been below average in the A.L. 25 of 29 yrs. 1987-89' they were above average and also in 1992. They were way above average in 1988. From 1995-2000 they were way below average, with 2000 being their worst in recent times with an average of 12,355.

The Vikings have had better results since the early 2000's.

The Twins have also played in the most pathetic, gloomy, and horrible stadium ever for baseball. No one likes watching baseball in that dump.
