LOL....you know if you dont remember anything happening then screw it. I just read niks posts and ones that followed afterward regarding "blowing a tweeter"...you know what I clearly remember my sdas sounding as if the tweeter was muted when i turned up my stereo some...then when i turned it down and turned it up a bit the tweeter was back on....wtf? Apologize for not being as educated on the matter but at least I know placement. :D

it was VERY loud btw....love the moscode

You screwed up bad. At least random girl go it right...she was in the bed.

You and your wife should have also been in the bed though...that would have been the proper thing to do.

That's the way to go, that is what the submit reply button is for! Never to be shy of what you need to say boy ;)

Read a wise men's advice on the matter:
WISE ANONIMOUS SAID: The tags do serve a good purpose, they've helped me numerous times while searching for various things.

There definitely has been a rash of ridiculous immature tags on a lot of threads though recently. There are already some stupid ones on this thread for that matter.

I say take away the anonymity of them and make it so everybody can see who posted what tags. As others have said, if everyone could see who posted what tags, a lot of these stupid ones would probably be disappearing.

edit-Wow, look at that. There are now 4 more stupid tags here that have showed up in the last 12 minutes.
    ;)

    Other wise men say this:
    WISDOM #1 SAYS:
I couldn't agree more. It seems that we've got a lot of coward babies here lately.

WISDOM #2 RESPONDS: +++ It's a given. The internet is full of gutless weenies, loons and PC Rambos.
LOL, I kind of like the expression of PC RAMBOs, it matches quite a few profiles in here :D

I was talking about the FXi's along the side wall in front of his listening position.

I think you need to seriously re-arrange some speakers on your room. You do realize that surround speakers are supposed to go behind you...right?

Why is the sub on a stand?

Curt I dont know how much you spanked it but you clearly cant tell the diffrence between 2 different sets of chairs from the diffrence pictures posted. One set has an arm rest in the middle that faces the pj screen . The fxi's are on the back wall with the chairs side on facing the tv.

Your the one that told me ages ago to toe the tweeters in so the meet behind my head . you also said to put the side surrounds a couple of inches behind my ears ?

Cant you remember your own advice ?

Slowpolky, what is it that you absolutely need to prove? You are simply fuelling the fire. People believe you fine, they don't? So what? Trying to force your self on to people will not make it any better but ratter worse! Can't you see you are entertainment for most? The question is what kind of entertainment you would ratter be? People having fun at pulling your strings or you would ratter go down the stream? No need to be the following sheep but neither be a black sheep. Have fun, don't get all worked-up!

You started this thread twice (I wonder why). The first attempt, you wanted people to see invisible pics that you stobbornedly seemed to believe they weren't there (I do not understand). Do you actually enjoy fuelling the fire? Are you pulling peoples legs? Go back to most emotional discussions threads and you will find out that you loose it, no matter what people say you wind-up like "Don Quichotte" going at war with the windmill (CP's wheel) hoping you will destroy it all no matter what. Take a deep breath, enjoy and furthermore when you hit the submit reply button make sure to previous your post and re-read yourself a couple times prior to.

    Cheers!

Slow, you emphasized earlier that you won't be needing a subwoofer...because the Rti's give you plenty of bass. As far as the "speaker placement criticism"....thats just what it is, criticism. Theres a difference from that and being insulting, and I benefit in no way insulting you although I might find it humorous when I'm drunk. I'm glad you came along way getting everything put together but you need to work on it some more seeing as you rushed into things. As far as the SDA's go, I never heard them before and never thought I would've until I met an awesome polk member and he opened my eyes and showed me what they're made of. Right then and there, I dropped the cash and bought them. I even ended up buying a tube/hybrid amp and couldn't be happier, you should listen to them sometime my door's always open just bring a good quality CD.

Oh and if my wife was fat....funds wouldn't allow me to have a story and we'd be in short supply of food all the time :( fortunately shes not! :D

No wonder your so bright. Watching Netflix all day must be real educational. Maybe if you did some work you could afford a good sub. However, putting a good sub woofer on a pedestal is a waste of a good sub woofer. Employees like you are a chronic problem in the work place and hurt companies image and payroll.
