    Don't worry as I have my 1.2TLs 8" from the back wall and they sound perfect. BTW they are 6' 6" apart and 5' from the side walls.

    Well.....I finally got the new tweeters and installed them yesterday...What a difference!!

    I haven't pushed them extremely hard yet, but I did push them and there was no popping. I don't understand how the bad tweeters could cause the issue, but they sound a lot better now.:D

    I have the new crossover plates ordered from toolforlifefan....

    I plan to get some new wood cut and finish them in piano black and then upgrade the crossovers......

    I guess it never ends, but they sure sound great now!!
