Oh, I'm sorry.....thought the post had a purpose. :D. Just padding your post count then ??? :p:)

again it was not intended for you to comprehend, hence your extreme confusion ;)

then again, lets call it padding my post count, i like that.

i guess i should add some actual news to this thread...

In case any of you forgot the purpose of this thread it was about a guy who had some issues with an Emotiva RSP-2 lol. That gentleman pm'd me the other day (different forum), after somehow finding this thread and sent me this..

"I just noticed that the boys over at the Polk Club got a hold of my post explaining my issues, and are making a bigger than life deal over it."

Well he also stated he is more than happy with how the whole situation has been handled by Emotiva and is still very pleased with the product. I dont know if he will actually join this forum to comment on this, so i dont really want to speak for him. But i figured some sort semi-end result should be mentioned.

This has just simply turned into a fun thread and not so much an emu bashing thread.

Yeah, the semi-Emo bashing stopped a long time ago.

I do not believe so, when asked about the Continental Breakfest, a three toothed grisled man in a stained t-shirt looked up from the counter and mumbled something about "guests" not likely being around long enough for breakfest, he did though offer us a tictac mint.

We have Dutch Apple pie today. I told the wife to get in the kitchen and bake me some pie. After the swelling in my eye went down, I drove to Jewel and bought one.

I got tired of waiting and exchanged the tuner for a year's supply of Sara Lee apple pie.

Funny stuff,I find it amusing on a Polk site the discussion of who is world class blah blah.I own Polk, have owned Polk for many years, never considered it "reference stuff".I actually consider it about like emo, some good stuff at a good price,no more,no less.

I have owned many amps over the years,a $700 emo is as good as many $2k amps I've owned, better than some.....

Don't even start on quality,I think we all know none are above issues.

Welcome, Moe.....we're having a little fun......don't ruin it. We're waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy past having to have someone defend Emo.

Thank god my amp cost $2000.01 so it must be better than an Emo.

Sara Lee does make some very excellent pies. I've always been very satisfied with the World Class, Reference quality that Sara Lee puts into their pie production.

I've been thinking about picking up a couple Sara Lee pies to power my Monitor 7's actually. Anyone know what kind provides the best SQ?

Sara Lee is priced under $10/pie. Therefore it can only be mid-fi pie. Because I said so, and I'm somebody.:p

I prefer Mrs. Smith's apple pie with Breyer's Vanilla ice cream.

I find the vanilla beans used in Breyer's to be a little harsh in the upper register....not as pleasing as the subtle undertones of the beans used in Haagen Dasz.:D:D
