I remember the days when we had to walk 12 miles uphill in a blizzard and 80 below just to get to an audio shop and listen to speakers we could not afford.. now we have them in our warm cozy homes and never have to leave because the folks at dominos deliver and all I see is complaints... turn up the volume real loud have a hot cider/coffee or other beverage and relax
and another plus... the wife cannot run up credit cards at the mall because its to cold to park and walk to get inside:D:D
    lol... i hate the cold

-18 w/o wind chill. The high to day will -6. Tonight -26 and then add wind chill could be as cold as -44. Supposed to snap by Sunday/Monday and be back up in the lower 20's.

    Damn............it's COLD

sorry you all are getting what we got back in Dec. below zero temps with highs in the negative numbers. wind chill's in the -20's. Brrr! I feel for you all. I think we went 3 or 4 days below zero before it started to warm up into just the single digits.

throw an extra log on the fire... get extra blankets out and don't go outdoors, it's not safe in below zero temps to be outdoors.

I gotta say, the worst part of a cold snap like this is the stupid media and their ridiculous fear-mongering nonsense. "DON'T GO OUTSIDE, YOU'LL DIE!!!" It's the lead story on every freakin' local news outlet, and it hasn't even dropped below zero here. Sure, you guys with -20 degrees, that's cause for some serious warnings, but can we get a grip?
