    I'm in San Diego.

    I was just asking.

I recently upgraded from RTI4s to RTI A3s.

    Very happy....for now.....:D

No disrepect Dan, but I have to agree that the RT line doesn't really bring the best out of your amp choice. The LSi line is a much better test for the quality of gear you are amassing. You might actually heat the SEs up a bit if you faced them with the 4 ohm load the LSi has. I personally feel that the LSi/Odyssey matchup is a good one, worth a try.

    Hi Dennis,

No disrepect taken, I may look into the LSI line.
The LSI line may be out of by Budget these days.
I have a friend that may sell me his RTiA9 at a great price.

You need to look into the Taylo 7u...

Same price at around 2,500 or so new like the LSi25..

    Used for much less...

A GREAT SPEAKER that mates VERY well with those amps...

Purchasing new or used? New is price controlled so should be the same almost everywhere (from an authorised seller)

    Used - 15's in the $700-$800 range, 9's in the $500-$600 range
    Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)
    Center............Polk LSiC (Crossover upgraded)
Surrounds.......Polk LSi7 (Gloss Black - wood sides removed and crossovers upgraded)
    Subwoofers.....SVS 25-31 CS+ and PC+ (both 20hz tune)
    Pre\Pro...........NAD T163 (Modded with LM4562 opamps)
    Amplifier.........Cinepro 3k6 (6-channel, 500wpc@4ohms)

The LSi sound would best be considered smooth and laid back. Personally, I like the 15's much more than the 25's. (especially if you are running them with a decent amp)

From what I have read and heard, they also respond well to crossover upgrades if you are into that sort of thing....

    I just picked up a New Kavent/Shenyge CD-1031 player.
The CD-1031 has a nice balance sound which is smooth and detail.

    Wow that looks bad ****..

    Congrats

I wouldnt mind laying my ears on that!

Ive had my CDP a while now - no real desire to move on...

Although as one point I really wanted to pick up Klaus's CDP he can get for like 2,500 - very plain looks, but man I bet it sings...

    Just cant justify the money...

    You have a great rig...

Mine took a lot longer than I expected them to. Those 6.5's were very tight when I first got them.

It is pretty easy to blend the 15's with a sub. I had the 25's for a short while but I don't remember exactly how hard or easy they were to integrate.

I think you would get much better sound if you got the sytem out of the corner. Wouldn't hurt to minimize all the equipment between the speakers as well.
