Mine was 188 doing intense intervals on the stair master gauntlet and 190 in a spin class. I think both were over my 100% Heart Rate Max, which begs the question do they understand the word 'MAX'?
205 - measured when I was about 17 during a swim practice in high school.
The 220-age is just an approximation. You actual max heart rate can only be determined by a stress test and may be as many as 20-30 beats above or below the standard 220-age formula.Mains.............Polk LSi15 (Cherry)

Surrounds.......Polk LSi7 (Gloss Black - wood sides removed and crossovers upgraded)

60 to 65 at rest and maintain 120 to 130 during 1 hour aerobics.
