That's right, pm or email me, and you can have the RTiA3's for a demo in YOUR home. This is available to ALL SF Bay Area local members. If you are a new member, start participating on the boards and you can jump in the demo ring too.

You need to see the new cabinets - the overall fit and finish is outstanding. Performance wise - it's amazing how refined the line has became over the years, and the new iA series really shines. Love them, hate them, all we (Polk) ask of you is to post a review on the product page at the conclusion of your demo time. It doesn't need to be a 5000 word Stereophile review (which is fine!) but short and simple is appreciated also.

I'll do a review on a pair. But you need not send me a pair. I can get them from work and run them.

They are really very nice....at Frys the other day I was looking at the A9 and it was awesome...narrower then they appear in pictures. I didnt see the A3 on the shelves though...but the A9 was impressive.

I should receive these late next week. After Xmas they should be ready to pass off. Send me some PMs with your location, if I don't know it and we'll try to setup a schedule based on a pickup or dropoff scenario with the next closest member. I'll need to keep Mark and Russ posted on who's getting the speakers and when. When the last demo is done. We'll need to ship these to their next destination. You can bring it back to me or handle it yourself.

The sidewalls worked...perfect out of the box...Brothers In Arms on as we speak...remind me of the RTi8s and they haven't even started to breathe...after I get some time on them, I'll compare them to M5jrs. The A3s have a really nice, contained, detail set, nothing out of balance...right out of the box :D

The Black Oak veneer looks exactly like the previous rev's. It's neutral and very well done, no detectable cabinet resonance...the grills per my pictures have been redesigned and I think in a good way. The corner feet anchor the grill to the baffle in conjuction to the pegs. Nice design, and I like the new logo too...if you can make it out.

I like what I hear so far...they are going back to surround duty for the rest of the break in period. Then some critical listening.

Please don't diss me on the wires...I'm a lazy ****.

I was hoping they would be cherry, but they look very nice...

I want that sub , by the way !! :D

Polk seems to have adopted the Sonus faber design...somewhat

The driver is much larger than I expected....are the tweets the same as current models ?

The A5 that Russ has in the DFW area are Cherry and they are pretty sharp looking.

As far as I know the tweeters are the same.

The tweets look and act the same...incredible detail, but they don't pop like vifas or some others I've heard. That being said, they are very controlled, the midrange is phenomenal, the bass...is going to get better. Out of the box, they are more than I expected...got me shaking my head...just a tease folks...the next guy is going to get blown away :D
