    ***Another update*****

back from JDM (as of about 3 weeks ago) again! (they have recieved ALOT of my money to date..LOL)

Saleen Suspension kit, which rounds out the suspension with the Watts Link I already had installed.

basically now have the Watts Link, upgraded shocks, springs (little lower, but nothing nutty), rear and fron anti sway bar.

this car officially dares me to do the craziest **** in the turns. I didnt think Mustangs were supossed to handle like this. Whenever I take her for a spin, I come back home with my mouth hurting.....from a permanent **** eating grin from the whole drive.

I'll keep what I got for now ;)

I'm a large man........me fitting into a Lotus Elise would take no less than a tub of crisco, a crow bar, and a Shaman! sweet little car though, but its mostly a track car, and a small track car at that. long straights kinda swallow it up.

I have respect for the Lexus, especially the F, but not my style.

I'm a Stang or Vette guy, and went with the Stang for the more room/comfort factor.

That and the aftermarket for this car is just silly. I mean you can get nearly anything for this car with a click of a mouse

Modifications are also MUCH cheaper for the Stang compared to the other cars mentioned.

very true, a VERY respected track car. especially smaller tracks without very long straights. The base Elises probably gasses out a bit power wise if the straights are too long (although i hear having the supercharged version helps in this regard.. but if your doing alot of turning, that thing is supposed to be a frikkin slot car.

although, if one were to go the "car for the track route" gotta throw in the Ariel Atom too. That thing might be worth it to strip naked, coat myself in Vaseline and wedge my fat arese into just to get the thrill of driving it. would not look pretty thogh :o

Maybe the Elise handles Top Gear's track well, but Road and Track recently did a shoot out with the Elise and several other cars on four different tracks. The Elise was always last or next to last time-wise because it has NO get up and go. I'm sure it's a very fast and fun car to drive...I'd really like to have one, actually, but it just has NO power or torque, and so I'd personally never compare it to a 911.

feeling your argument...and i read that comparison. its lack of power is its achilles heal, but that was some lofty company it was being compared to. gotta respect that it could be in that field without looking ridiculous with that little power as a credit to the design of the car. its all how you look at it.

In regards to road and track, anyone else thinkSteve Millen bags the Vette on purpose cause he's a Nissan GTR ****? I'm just sayin :D

A few of my friends had 911's, 928's, and 944's in the 90's, due to their reliability, we used to pronounce it "Push".:D

well i do know how to spell lexus caues i own one. olny thing i wish i went with te 350 vs the 250 awd i could have gotten both at the same price but would have had to wait 4 months for the 350 and i neded a car that day
