@aprazer402 , if the are in good condition i think the price it about right. As long as everything works. Those ribbons can get really expensive. I've heard a pair once on some Musical Fidelity amps and they were pretty "Amazing". They have a brilliance I have not heard before.

These are my old RTA11T with 194 tweeters. They are part of the package I traded him for the Infinity RSII. They really are in great condition. I think you could beat him up a bit on price.

I'd love to have a pair. Just none local and not in the cards as I just came into some new Vintage Infinitys and new amp. But if a deal popped up local I might work a little OT or sell some body parts to make them mine. -

Ha! I didn't even know they made speakers. I will say this.
Some of the best imaging speakers I have heard in my travels use very little crossover components. There has GOT to be more than this though for a 3 way. Interesting design.

Just a guess but I'd imagine that woofer is playing upwards of 150 to 200hz?
