1967 Dodge Charger by Reliably Retro, on Flickr -
I saw a '66-'67 Charger in an old garage yesterday. Only the grill/bumper were peeking out from under a worn out car cover, but I could see the roof line under it. Took me back years, it was the coolest car ever to me at the time.Political Correctness'.........defined

Still a lot of damage from Ian in New Smyrna that I saw last week.

That original Charger was indeed a bit of a shock to the system when it appeared on the scene.

WOW! What a coincidence! I ordered some DeSoto brochures (1958 and 1959) just yesterday.

That's not a speaker on the right. I had to zoom in to check too. -
This magazine ad sort of goes along with Mark's reference to car interiors.

Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

I have posted this picture previously but I like to remember mine. A wonderful man gifted me a 1957 Dodge convertible exactly like this one. I drove it to high school in 1962-1963 then to work after school at his very large supermarket in Bremen GA. It was a very difficult car to maintain and keep running. It would often not start after turning the engine off. Push button transmission to the left of the steering wheel. I suffered my first hangover of two in my life in the back seat one Sunday afternoon while my friend drove.

Yeah, John, that's what caught my attention in the first place:
Chrome trim over the tail lights 🤔😁
With a rear end like that, it's amazing how dangerous it was to rear end.
The screeching and howling

Oh, and another thought.
Back then, that may have been a Bobcat -- but pretty sure by now it'd be a Cougar.
