The owner of a business I once worked at bought a brand new K car. He said take it for a drive, so I did. I told him it wouldn't last long. In less than a year he got rid of it. A true POS.

Is that a turkey or an emu? A caudally-challenged turkey we've been seeing lately.

Fortunately, her tail does appear to be growing back.

Mrs. H also reports having seen her on the wing, so she can fly -- no photos, though, sorry. ;)

I saw one of those on I-5 near Portland last weekend. It was the convertible in pale green. I surprised my wife and son that I ID’d it from a couple hundred yards back.

Apparently, a momma bear's got nothin' on a momma deer when it comes to protecting the kid(s).

I was looking at Adorama's Triangle sale a day ago or so. Yea, BEAUTIFUL speakers in their line-up. I SERIOUSLY thought about getting a pr.. But then thought...I have plenty of classics here I haven't listened to for quite a while.

Those are lovely --although* the tweeters look like something from a ca. 1974 Radio Shack catalog. I assume they don't sound like that, though! ;)

Perhaps because I'm looking at those on my Smartphone but it appears to me that one of those tweeters is not like the other

I could be wrong (as if !)..
