Sure they could have taken off 1/32 and made it a simple 5/16 or added 1/32 and made it a simple 5/16, right ?
And of course 11/32 is too big for a substitute for an 8mm and not big enough for a swap with a 9mm.
So....pretty obvious what's going on here.
