I watch a lot of episodes of both shows.
I'll bet police stations and court rooms arn't anything remotely similar anymore. I know Night court was a comedy but still. Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them. -

^^^ it took me a moment but that is hysterical.

Barney Miller, Night Court, and WKRP in Cincinnati were three of the all-time great ensemble comedies (i.e., there weren't just Mary Tyler Moore & Bob Newhart*).
____________
* Although Bob Newhart managed to pull it off twice.

That's creepy, Jody.
And it also looks eerily like most social media selfies I've had the misfortune of having rammed through my optic nerves the past few years.I disabled signatures. -

Yup, how could I leave out Taxi?
one of my favorite scenes (of many, many)
"What does a yellow light mean?"
As a weird aside, our son went to college with one of Danny DeVito & Rhea Perlman's children.

Houston, we have a problem...
Tom~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -

Yup. An actual Monroney sticker with the dealer "add ons". They used to label it "Dealer marketing" but people started realizing that this cost was already included in the Monroney sticker and folks would refuse to pay it. So, they just got truthful about it.
30K extra to the dealership.....just to sell you the vehicle. It usually only happens when a particular car is in extreme demand at those prices though - read - a limited edition Corvette Stingray or something that the dealership knows they can get away with. A Bronco though? LOL
