I think they look pretty. Maybe powder coat the chassis flat black an you will have some killer sexy amps.

P.S. any intrest in making 5 for a full LSi setup  hehehe

Saw one of these today at the parts store in Augusta. He was buying wax or something. Talked to the owner for a bit. Great looking car.

Thanks James. As a Cheapo- phile I'm always on the look out for things to repurpose for audio projects.

These CATV fits perfect for the Class D project. Knowing you, I am pretty the parts are not so cheap inside than the skin.

Ahh!Theres Rich's next tweak. If it works in his amp I'll give it a try.

Ahh..Yes. I've seem Rich making a real good move on this 2 channel rig and looks like he is getting a major upgrade with everything. But there is one tiny problem. I don't see any speaker relays in the amp nudies he posted.

What do you have in mind? :)

Not sure but thinking 91dB monitor? May be something like Joseph Pulsar? An Accuton mid-woofer or one from Morel Supreme series.

Ideas welcome on that. But for now, the long waiting line array project to begin. I got to order a few of the GR-Research open baffled woofers to see how it copes with the tweets and Markaudio Alpairs.

Put it in a 7"x5" waveguide, pick up an Accuton mid, and whatever woofers are left with your budget. https://picasaweb.google.com/101632266659473725850/ScanSpeakD3004604000AirCircBerillyium?noredirect=1

For a monitor, the aforementioned waveguide with the new SB Acoustic Satori woofer would be really nice. http://www.sbacoustics.com/index.php/products/midwoofers/6-1-2-satori-mw16p-4/

Great Suggestions, Mike. Both Satori and the WaveGuide looks very cool. It looks like easier than the line array and might be done easier. You forgot about the budget for the XO parts? :P

Thanks. I'm only at level one of Fred's Electronics Correspondence Course. That means no board removal with amps (pre amps are OK). There is stuff under it, just can't get to it.
