Meanwhile, I'm having to deal with the newest thug in the clan. He's making out like he's sleeping but I know he's just trying to pull a fast one. Does it every time I start telling him a story. Yeah, I got your number, Bub.

Cute pup Randall! Is that a new edition?
I came across her picture while looking for something else and thought I would share it. She was so well trained that she would balance a biscuit on her nose until told to get it. Longest was 14 minutes. My 7.4.4 DIY 4k Home Theater:

Sounds like she was a wonderful dog! I'm sorry for your loss. I've had quite a few dogs over the years and they become part of the family!
My male lab would do the biscuit trick I believe. He is calm and disciplined enough to that (even though I've never tried that trick with him, but I'm pretty sure he would). My young female lab on the other hand..........not a chance in hades she would ever come close to that. She's a very intelligent dog, but calmness and self control when it comes to food items are not her forte!
I'm still loving the Sony Biotracer BTW. I've got a few more tweaks coming in for it from TTWeights (new copper center weight and copper/carbon fiber platter mat), plus a Benz glider cart, and some new footers. I can't wait to hear it. I'll post a new thread with photos when I get back to GA. -
Thanks Dawgfish. Dogs add a lot to life. I'm getting closer to another, but still find it hard to do so. Jez was a once-in-a-lifetime dog.

Toothpaste and Orange Juice! I cam up with a take on the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. I want some waffle batter and syrup ice cream! So far, I haven't been able to find it. I did see some cake batter flavor the other day. Seriously, I did.
Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

Sorry, I'm probably going to hang onto the Technics cart given it's rarity and performance. I like to slip in a MM cart every now and then for a change up. I may have some other carts that I may consider getting rid of however. Unfortunately I have a severe cart and tube hording disorder! :-)

Heh - my father said the 1950s DJs used to put a Zippo lighter on the heads of their Gray tonearms so that the 45s wouldn't stick.

Those are some of best album covers ever.....reminds me of when Letterman would do a bit called "Dave's Record Collection" when he was on NBC....and when he was really funny. -
