When I saw it, I was reminded of the White Van Scam.

Two white vans prowled at a place of my employment in the early-mid 70's, usually at lunch time. One van had cheap knock-off stereo gear, mostly speakers. The second van was for the ladies, it had pots and pans and knife sets.
-
Shouldn't the ladies' van have been pink?
(ahem. perhaps I am dating myself)
-
If I remember the ladies van also had purses jewelry and an unusual item, two-piece pool cues with case. Probably so they could buy their boyfriend something.

Picked this baby out of the trash.
Fisher RS-1022.
Sure is a handsome son of a gun.
-
That era of Fisher would have been (I am pretty sure) Sanyo OEM.
Not that that's good or bad a priori -- just seemed worth mentioning.
Also, note the use of the 'thick film' STK IC output module.

New toy (or destruction device) came in today.

Here's a photo of Sandy Gross (Polk's founding member and first national sales manager) giving a sales seminar at Absolute Sound in Michigan with a Monitor 10 behind him. Anybody identify some of the other gear on the shelves?
-
Yes, how would you like to proceed?
I see a Luxman something or other (preamp or maybe integrated) and a Nakamichi 1000 and an Ampzilla, right off the bat.
Edit: Luxman tuna, too, and a Tandberg TCD something-or-other cassette deck (I'll guess TCD-330). OK, not a 330... maybe a TCD-310?
Looks like a BIGger Onkyo receiver on the top right (TX-4500, at least; probably bigger... TX-8500?) and a Soundcraftsmen EQ -- maybe it's a PE2217 EQ/preamp... but I don't think so...
(got one of those, PE-2217, that is, in the basement... which is good... because, for a long time, I had two of 'em in the basment...)
Actually, maybe it is a PE-2217, more I look at it...
-
I believe that's a Soundcraftsman EQ on the middle shelf on the right and aTandberg cassette deck on the left same shelf. That might be a Luxman tuner above it.
-
I cannot identify the tts, although I could make educated guesses
-
Is that an SAE amp beside the Ampzilla?
-
the Luxman preamp looks like a CL-35 or CL-36?!?
Tuner maybe a T-310(U)?
-
I am drawin' a blank on the (amp?) above his head.
Are the pair of big things to the right of his head, perhaps (???) Threshold Stasis amps of one sort or another? Now I am grasping at straws.
