    I'll take the dry heat any day. Went to my sisters in Iowa and their AC was on 67. I literally got sick when I got home from it, how I don't know. It's happened to me before when AC is too low. I keep mine at 77.

    Seen in a home built in 1939. Kind of at the end of the Art Deco era. I see glass knobs from this period and earlier all the time, but brass knobs like this are getting scarcer.

    Hurricane Isiasis was down graded to a Tropical Storm. As its right off shore this is what we got. I'm really glad I did not put up shutters. Winds here are maybe 25 mph.
