I like using a large socket or ball joint cup to fit around it just on the outside rim as to not dent the dome.

I've got more important things to spend money on, so I neglect cosmetic issues. It's had bubbly tint on it since I got it and I still haven't fixed that. If I was going to buy new wheels though I like the Volk TE 37's. They're stupid expensive though, so pretty unlikely.
I wonder if anyone has ever put "muscle car" wheels on a Civic. I'm thinking it would look silly but I'm having a hard time picturing it.afterburnt wrote: »They didn't speak a word of English, they were from South Carolina.

Most up here leave hubcaps off. They tend to fall off with all the crusty snow and what ever you end up hitting. Our Rav goes just with what was once black rims, now looking rusty. The RDX has the OEM alum alloys that came with the vehicle for winter and some aftermarket ones for summer. This weekend is the changeover for the RDX the rav was done last week. YUCK!!

Chic Corea Trilogy with Christian McBride (!), Brian Blade - SO much better than expected! No prog, stuck with bop/post-bop. 3 Monk tunes. Had no idea Blade was so good. Just an unbelievable set. Catch 'em if you can.

The two 1962 brochures were included, they are showing their age, acquired some moisture. The Lincoln turntable looks bulky and strange. Probably not very practical even in 1962.
-
You can watch that Lincoln/Fisher automatic changer in action in videos on Youtube. Yes it is bizarre.
-
I watched it. Indeed it is. Thanks!
-
Thorens made a moderately wild automatic rekkid playa, too.

Neither the Lincoln nor the Thorens really seem all that odd compared to myriad record playing contrivances employed in jukeboxes over the years, though.

Nothing exciting this year. It's been raining all day and we are expecting 30-50mm of rain. -

Beautiful scenery Mark. I've asked you this before but cant remember. Years back when I was with AG of Me I use to deliver groceries to Alstead NH grocery store right there intown & when I left the grocery store my next stop was in Vermont. Just as you leave intown Alstead on left as your going up a hill on windy roads on the left was some beautiful views. I use to head over to Bellow Falls then up to Rutland Vt. Anyways. Alstead area was so beautiful & there were houses & fields & beautiful flower gardens & beautiful bushes galore in the Alstead area. It was like I was in the Wizard of Oz land where everything was beautiful. Do you know that area ?..

We used to go up and down NH Route 12 ('that area') regularly when our daughter & son-in-law lived in Keene. When we lived in MA, we went up; living up here, we went down. A pleasant trip, in either direction. Not a quick trip (3 hours from our old house to this one via Route 12 vs. 2-1/4 hours via Routes 111, 3 and 89), but a relaxing one.
Sometimes we'd take 12A, right through Alstead and Surrey, to get to Keene; there's a funky-weird sculpture garden in Alstead that I remember along the way. Yes some pretty gardens, too.
New London, NH (just off of I-89 about 40 minutes from here) is like that, too. Some fabulous homes & gardens -- decent brewpub (decent food, good beer) on route 11 there, too. Good live music on Thursday nights in the cool/cold seasons, too.

Thanks... Beautiful areas for sure. Keene. I use to back a 18 wheeler in McLays Mkt. Nice guy. I enjoyed all the pumpkins during Halloween Keene Pumpkin Festival. I did all NH & Vt/Mass/Ct & then over to AG of New England in Manchester for a back haul to Maine..

Mt Rainier in all her glory. Clear and chilly here in the PNW. Love the view..

Best to get that windshield replaced, Ken, it's a structural component, you know.

No cracks in the windshield bro, it's a vapor trail from a plane. Thought it looked cool in the shot. -

There are few cooler place names in the US than Puyallup.
Well... there is TB, MD... and Intercourse, PA... but I digress.
