    Empty Orion heat shield shipping container being loaded into the guppy for transport back to Houston.

    Gulfstream 650ER that just broke 11 world records including fastest circumnavigation of the earth (called One More Orbit) in commemoration of the Apollo 11 mission at Kennedy Space Center Shuttle Landing Facility.

    And the F-104 that escorted it in. That F104 was awesome.

    Playalinda beach runs right next to KSC...one of nicest beaches in the South and always empty..makes for great surf fishing.....holds a nice wave when surfs up and the last pic is the famous launch pad 39..this turnoff is on the road leading to the beach...as you can see you can get quite close to the launch pad which makes for a fantastic launch viewing. views from the beach are great too......
