    Dang Bruce, you're quick. I was going to make this exact point. I had a couple of good looking, divorced assistants that were constantly being asked out by my customers. Had they ever said ok it would have been a huge conflict of interest in my mind for various reasons. In today's litigious business environment even the "appearance" of impropriety is unacceptable. Intra-office dating has issues but not the same level as customer client relationships.
