Back to the lifting-weights thing real quick...

For about 3 years I played badminton with a group twice a week. Well, last night (Friday night) was the second time I've played with them in six months, and it was the first time I'd seen this particular person in six months. First thing he said when he saw me was that I was thinner and he asked if I had been working out.

I guess it is working a little bit, after all!!

    Men!

No his point was that someone finally noticed a difference in his physique! So his working out must be paying off! Therefore it's worth the effort.

It's only a matter of time before a woman that he might know does. However, we are less likely to say anything about it. Or we will say something along the lines of "Hey you're looking good."

I was going to pick the ugly one....but then it could be all three. Probably the long haired guy. Or maybe the one with short hair. Or maybe the one with NO hair. I'll stick with the long hair guy....looks like someone born in 1952...
