Use creatine when your progress starts to slow. You wont notice drastic gains and youll still have to push for that extra rep but you will get stronger and thus bigger.

Dont worry about fat burners. Dont mess your body up with that crap. The problem with those are as soon as you come off them, you get fat again! Do it the tried and true old fashioned way. Work out regularly and eat right. Its that simple and works everytime its tried. Plus its cheaper!

And to keep in the spirit of the thread, here is a picture of my dog.

There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

That pic was last night, I dont have time to shave anymore, and the stress from school is making my hair fall out. :D

Here is a better one that I took in a lab today when I was taking pics of some bearings. I wasn't too happy obviously.
