My Jack Russel Terrorist will be 1 year old on Christmas Day. She finally quit chewing on everything about 2 months ago. They really do have lots of energy to say the least.

I have a freakin wall to replace because of her chewing the corner out of it in one day.

yes, i work out, but only two days a week. i wasn't born with genetics like macleod. i'm a....was a skinny **** but when i turned 23, i finally began to put on weight. my metabolism slowed a bit. also i stopped working out too often and opted to only work out 2-3 times a week, but eat alot and get rest. that finally did the trick. also i went for heavy weights vs high reps and sets. now i can probably get away with working out 5 days a week and gain more. alas, i am too lazy! squats are a beotch!!! ....btw, that's 460 lbs on the squat machine. not bad for someone once called "chicken legs"!
