I loved Wolfenstein. I played the Spear of Destiny too but that got alittle weird at the end with ghosts and mutants. I liked the original better. Searching around for secrets on the walls was great. I liked Doom better though, they story was more fun, the guns were cooler and so were the monsters. Quake and Quake 2 were awesome. The three Unreal Tournaments were alot more fun the Halo.

I loved the Heroes of Might and Magic series, except for the newest one. That one sucks.

I also loved Warcraft/Starcraft and The Command and Conquer games. The CC Red Alert games kicked **** and so did the Tiberian Sun games.

For playstation ans PS2 of course the GT games kick ****. So do games like Ratchet and clank, Jak and Daxter, Crash team racing (for ps1) and 007 agent under fire is alright. It's a good fps to play with friends. I hate that the ps2 doesn't have the ability to have 4 players playing at once with most fps. Shooting friends is great fun and its a pain in the **** to have to hook up another playstation just so i can kill some of my friends :)

What was that game that was advertised as a free rental at block buster, Was it Zoom or something. I never played it, kinda looked like a tetris spin off. OH yeah how about TETRIS and that great music that got faster all the time. My mom said she used to play it or watch it when I was little so much that she started seeing the shapes in everything and she had to quit looking at it. LOL, True story.

Great games of all time. OK. The "PONG" and "PAC-MAN" are one the first videogames of the hisotry. Every world know that. "SUPER MARIO BROS" and "SONIC The Hedgeog" are icons of the industry of games.

With consoles of 32 bits like PS or Saturn I have the best hours, days, months, years of entertainment IN my whole life (Eg: "TOMB RAIDER" "GRAN TURISMO" "SEGA RALLY" "VIRTUA FIGHTER" "METAL GEAR SOLID" "RESIDENT EVIL" "WINNING ELEVEN" (I hate FIFA's) "STREET FIGHTER" "NIGHTS" "TEKKEN" "COLIN MCRAE RALLY" nad very long ETC.) :)

The consoles of new generation like PS2, Dreamcast, XBOX ... i very pleased...but less than my "teen" years when enjoy the previous generation of consoles.

    Bye bye !!!!

I love the first Killer Instinct (emulated perfectly on my MAME arcade machine), but I think the best game of all time for me had to be E.T. on the Atari 2600.

ahh, remembering all of those great video games i have played over the years. not really sure which one was the best so i will defer to Billy Madison:

Kid: "Mortal Kombat for the Sega Genesis is the best game ever."
Billy: "I disagree. Mortal Kombat is a very good game, but Donkey Kong is better."
    Kid: "Donkey Kong sucks."
Billy: "You wanna know something? YOU SUCK!" :)

Mortal Kombat version for Genesis was good because they did not censor it. Remember that whole fiasco? The SNES actually looked and played better, but didn't offer the blood and guts as did the Sega version. Remember how good MK2 was in the arcade when that was released? Wow, what a game. I really can't rate the best game because of the different generation of systems so I'll rate the best in each gen...

    this gen(Gcn,ps2,xbox)-
    1.metroid prime(gcn)
    2.Halo(xbox)

    32/64 bit era(ps1,n64,saturn?)
    1.Goldeneye(n64)
2.Final fantasy 7(ps1)...(the only rpg i had fun playing for some reason)

    16bit era(genesis,Snes)
    1.super mario kart(SNES)
    2.donkey kong country 2(SNES)

8 bit era (well.... i guess just NES)
    1.mario 3
    2.blades of steel

but if i had to pick a game I had most fun playing, it would have to be goldeneye. I lost a good year of my life playing 4 player deathmatch(and so did my friends:) ) but it never got old. It was kinda tough to rate the 8 bit era just because I was born the year it came out, but I do remember when I was very young playing both these games and loving them.
    AVR: H/K AVR240

    TV: 50" Sammy Plasma
    game hardware: 360 and gcn.

my entire junior year in college was one long hazy afternoon spent playing this game with three of my best friends
one-shot kill in the facility with pistols -- no other way; we liked the autos and the runnin' and gunnin' but nothing in video games could ever beat being locked down holding steady around a corner with the aims up waiting for a knee or an elbow to peek through; that is unless two players were in the same position and it all came down to who would flinch first; hell, i've seen these stand-off's go on for upwards of 30 minutes
yeah one shot kill in the facility with pistols (winner takes all)
throw in some partners and you probably have one of the best drinking buddy games of all time:D

A good question...WHATS YOUR OPINION ABOUT THE BEST GAME EVER MADE FOR THE D E A D Sega Dreamcast ????

For me: 1) Soul Calibur (NAMCO)
    2) R.E. Code Veronica (KONAMI)
    3) Shenmue (Sega)

The DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION series! Man, I've been playing for about a year and a half and I'm HOOKED. Each new game in the series get better.

So if I could only pick one of them it would have to be DDR Extreme2 for PS2. Fun step patterns and wicked **** shaking music.

Other games that is higher up on my list are...

-The Legend of Zelda "A Link to the Past"(SNES) Ooooh the memories. I think I'm gonna play this tonight:)
-Final Fantasy III(SNES) Great story, characters and music
-Halo(XBOX) We all know about this
-Killer Instinct(Arcade/SNES) The sequels just suck compared to the original, especially the arcade version.
-Mario Kart(N64 or Game Cube versions) Amazing when you have 3 friends over and battle it out. Every second word coming out of your mouth will be the F word
=Dead or Alive 'Extreme Beach Volleyball'(XBOX) Not the deepest gameplay, but picking your beautiful woman, taking them shopping for new bakinis, sun glasses, rings and other wicked accessories was super cool. You can get them to tan too!

Those are the only games I can think of right now.

Do you mean the best console ever? The Dreamcast? Is that what you are talking about?

I would have to go with... Samba De Amigo. Its basically DDR but with a mexican monkey. Drunk, high, sober, it don't matter. Its an awesome game. Seby, you make some excellent choices though.

LOL:D The Dreamcast is pure kick ****. I still use mine to surf Club Polk and play Crazy Taxi once in a while.

You're right about Samba De Amigo. That was awesome. My neighbour and I used to play it after getting stoned.

Another one to add to the list is:
Super Metroid (SNES) I used to stay up all night playing this game
Vegas Stakes (SNES) A cool casino game
