    nice huh.... they just look beautiful. the full SDS SRS speaker in all it's glory. they command attention in any room you enter. ;)

    Could be, I don't track them too often. I doubt if they'd Blue Book any higher than $1000 (just looked - $980). The 1.2tl are another story, and might be worth that price, IMO.

    At $1800, you'd have nearly $2500 in them if you went with tweeter and xover upgrades. I don't have his asking price in mine with tweeter and xover upgrades.

    Polksters,

    On e-bay right now in NJ, maybe a 30 minute ride from me, if I wasn't moving to Florida and have 3 pairs of SDA's. I would be all over these, my brother is thinking about putting in a bid but if anyone in NJ/NY/PA/Con area is interested go ahead and :) bid, i will let you know as crunch time approaches.

    The SL2000WC $3 DIY mod is orgasmic. The smaller the uf/mfd value, the less harsh your SL2000 will be.
    1. SRS stock: .47 uf/250v mylar cap on top SL2000, 1.0 uf on 2nd sl2000, 1.0 uf on 3rd SL2000, .47 uf/250v on bottom SL2000
    2. 2.3 stock: 1.0 uf/250v on middle SL2000
    3. 1B stock: 1.0 uf/250v on top SL2000
    4. 2B stock: 1.0 uf/250v on the one SL2000
    Total Savings = $1000. PM me for free caps for your SL2000's. I can make a sl2000 sound just like a rd0194 with a $1.25 .33 uf/mfd 250 v cap.
