Yes and no, The passive's look to have seen better days. IMO these would be good for parts, unless you had a set of passives around or could find a set, then they would be worth restoring.. -

The updated BE2000-C Crossover from BE2000-B and SL3000 Tweeters from SL2000.

Looks like 2B's maybe a little steep at $370, but price has already been dropped a couple times so seller might haggle.
The same seller has a more reasonable pair of Monitor 10's for $265, which I'd personally jump on if they have Peerless tweeters (looks like it).

Depending on your room size the 2.3tl's might sound better. I'd take the 2.3tl's over the original srs's
I've heard both in different room sizes and I'd definintely take the 2.3TLs over the SRSs any day of the week. That's not to say the SRSs don't sound good, they sound great, but the 2.3TLs are more refined and can fill a large room and do very well in a small room too.
