I have 2 jobs now, soon to be only one.... but I'm 18 and in HS i don't need 2 jobs.

But after I get the sub and amp taken care of it'll be easy to get the rest.

LMAO, try working 40hrs a week while taking 12 credit hours as a psychology major in college... only having enough time to sleep about 5 hours a night... yeah, now that sucks!

you should try being a machine operator Mac, obscenely repetitive job, you cut your hands on a regular basis (i've goten about a dozen scars on each hand in the last year, and that's not even showing all the ones that don't scar up) i bleed at least 4 days a week. and lifting bars weighing from 50lbs to 400lbs(2 man bars...) on a regular basis...

    :p

one upside is that chicks dig the strong hands you get from the job :D

    We aim to please! :D

I wouldnt have a gun at first. The deal with the SD is you have to start off in the jail babysitting all the drunkards coming in and out of there. Kind of nasty work but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Its very hard to get on with police or sheriff these days. You got affirmative action taking up half the spots and "the good old boy" system taking up the other.

If you dont fill a quota or youre not Joe Bob's cousin you aint got much of a chance. Ive been trying since 1995!

I know thats not politically correct but its the truth. :(

I wish I grew up in the good ol' days.....when a cop would sit by the side of the road and tell ya how fast you were going in a race with out giving you a ticket. I miss the good ol' days, and I haven't even lived in them any.....lol

**** dude, Ive been lurking around over there a bit the last few weeks cause Im looking into getting a decent HT setup. Man it seems there is more crap to learn about than there is over here!

And talk about $$$$! You cant get any decent speakers for less than $500 with most in the $800 range!!

Hell, those Iridiums would run $4000 if they were HT!

and yes, everything in home audio is expensive. My speakers usually sell at $1k. I just got them at a good deal. A good B&K 200wpc stereo amp would cost about $3k. A good pre-amp would cost about $1k. A good CD player would be about $500 or more. You could spend a ton on cables & speaker wires.
