    1.5 cubic feet and the magnet counts for uhh maybe 1 cubic feet uhh so build a big box lol. One thing is for sure it gunna have some tight sounding spl compared to other spl subs that take up 5-6 cubic feet.

    actually, that's a total internal volume, the .266 ft^3 of the sub's magnet is taken into account. and tight just does not go with an spl-specific sub. the reccommended ported enclosure will produce an exceedingly peaky response; good for spl competitions, bad for music.

    I've been getting features for years, the Civic wasn't the first car. I've been ignoring you "little people" for quite a few years now.:p

    We used to come on here quite often but nowadays this forum is nothing but bitching or talk about other products. Not a lot of threads for us to participate in. We just have to smack you guys up every so often to keep things running smoothly.

    How much can 6 guys talk about the same set of speakers? We do talk about other brands as Im sure you guys do around the office cause we are into ALL car audio. However when any newbie comes looking for system advice, 99% of our recommendations are Polk gear.

    We're here because we're fans of Polk and will support it but we also like to talk about PPI's new amps or DLS speakers versus Utopias and so on.
