Well, no purchase made yet, as I scooped up a MiND 2 module to control the streaming/wifi duties and found a major improvement over streaming simply from the PC... That said, a Shunyata Hydra "Triton" V1 has come along for a very good price. The only thing I don't like is there is no 12v trigger option. It would be nice to be able to power up the Mcintosh and have the rest of the system come to life at the same time.

If & when you land a conditioner or regenerator I'd like to hear your thoughts on what you hear or don't hear.

I've done everything from dedicated circuits, with 10 gauge Cardas Audio wire to audiophile outlets to regeneration but, I have never heard a change.
    My thoughts on this are....
    1. I have great power quality living so close to our main substation.
    2. I don't have a highly resolving system.
    3. My olds arse ears.

Tom (Treitz) purchased some of my PS Audio Noise Harvester's and he hears a difference in his system.
I'm a believer in addressing the power quality does improve what one hears but, in my case no difference to me. I consider that a positive as to the quality of the power at our house.

I am considering this... I'm at the end of our primary distribution feed to our house and going to contact Rocky Mountain Power to install a dedicated transformer for our house. The existing pole can be used for this construction so the cost would be materials and time.
If it's not too crazy, that would be ideal.

    John,

Would sell my PS Audio P1000 for $800.
    Regenerator/Balanced Power.
Gone through @ PS Audio in Boulder CO last year. Original factory double box shipping container, two original owners manuals and will throw in my PS Audio Extreme Statement Power Cord.

Shipping would be a mother, with the factory double box it weighs about 125 lbs!

I'm still using an old PS Audio...what looks like a power strip that spent a few years at the gym. Noticeable improvement over the monster junk I was using. Quiet and noise free background.

Jaguar Audio offers a 45-day trial on Puritan Audio products. I suggest trying a PSM156 for comparison. I feel like a broken record here upon other recommendations in this thread.

Yep, I keep saying the same thing. Really, really great product with a great demo window. The power cables are fantastic too. Among the most flexible I've ever used among other attributes.
