    Because no one made a substitute for many years. It's just been in the last ten years that others made a similar product.

    Ah, okay. I was wondering whether you knew of a difference between the original ones, and the "current" Milty Zerostat 3.

    I moved on to an Audioquest carbon fiber, anti-static brush around the same time for those situations.
