That is a Doge CD player that has a fully differential balanced six tube triode output stage. Really very good sounding. The art object was done by a local friend of ours, Dave Gibney. He used found objects and some Tandberg and Ampex circuit board parts I gave him to make it. It's great to have something abstract to look at while listening.

I have a Shelter 901 cartridge that I recently had to have repaired and it came back sounding better than ever. I connect the Shelter to a pair of Bent Audio transformers and then to a Tom Tutay phono stage.
