    That's a news broadcast from our neck of 'Merica.

    I grew up in Northern Virginia and it was easy to drive in the snow up there. Down here? Oh, man....it's a WHOLE other ball of wax. The snow isn't as fluffy, it's actually wetter and the unexpected black ice can be unreal. The advice given on that broadcast has been advice down here for decades.
