With everything coming to a screeching halt this spring, and any and all large gatherings prohibited, what do you miss the most?

Audio shows and traveling. I was fully booked to fly out to attend Axpona this year, and also to see my parents in WI before and after the show, since I only get to see them once a year.

Now there's no Axpona this year, and I don't get to see my family.

I miss going shopping. I have hardly gone in a store since this whole thing started. I wan't some milk and I have passed on going to get any for at least a week now. Shopping in CA is too depressing, it's not nearly as bad in AZ

I don't really do that other stuff.

Agreed, Jesse. I miss vacationing. We already canceled 2 vacations and LSAF for me. Our next vacation may also be canceled because of this COVID crap (not by our choice, of course). Our last vacation was in Charleston way back in March when the **** really started to hit the fan.

I told the wife that if it keeps up like this? We'll just grab the tent and go make our own campsite out in the middle of the woods somewhere scenic. Just get lost with no phone, no internet and no contact with the outside world for a couple of days.

I just miss vacationing. Getting out of the house and living this wonderful thing we call "life".

Getting together, all the time, in family gatherings. We used to typically get together almost every other weekend. Getting together in big family gatherings….weddings, graduations, etc. Seeing my 92 yr old father on a regular basis. That one hurts. College sports then Pro.

We’re still doing some of these things but on a much smaller scale and with social distancing.

Hockey right now. I think people will chose to stay away from events for awhile until we can demonstrate some type of coordinated plan as a nation.

If there has been any silver lining in the whole ridiculous situation, it’s that I’ve been blessed with an unprecedented amount of time with my kids. I’ve had the opportunity to teach my teenage daughter how to shoot (she’s become quite proficient with both pistol and rifle), I’ve been able to work with my son on some basic (and some not so basic) auto repairs, and I’ve begun teaching both of them the fundamentals of basic DSLR photography - we’ve taken day trips to Nevada, Idaho and Wyoming for photo adventures. We have taken full advantage of the gift of this time together, and in a weird way, I feel like I’ve “made up for” a portion of the time I have missed out on over the years with them.

I have a 6 and 3 year old. Although they have imaginations that far exceed all comprehension, they need more room to roam and stop staring at the same chit every day of the week.

Do you own or rent? We usually stay at the Hyatt in Daytona Shores but once I found out our govenor owns it we quit. We love hanging out in NS and will definitely stay there next time we go down.

Rent. We've been renting the same condo for a long time. Found it on VRBO years ago. Retired doctor from New York owns it. Definitely going to miss it this 4th of July.

We had great seats to see Bruce Cockburn at the Flying Monkey in Plymouth, NH in early May. Bzzzt.
We had good seats in the Shed to see Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me! at Tanglewood in August. Bzzzzt.
We'll see about later fall dates in the fullness of time. I am optimistic, but only cautiously so.
